摘　　要：高校学生非正式组织是高校的重要组成部分,对在校大学生的思想观念及成长有较大影响.高校应当正视学生非正式组织存在的现状,加强对非正式组织的研究,因势利导,合理利用,规范非正式组织形式的发展,促进人本和谐的校园文化建设.对高职院校学生非正式组织调研结果进行了分析,并提出了加强学生非正式组织管理的有关对策.Unofficial organizations of college students are important parts of colleges and have great influence on ideological concept and growth of college students. College should envisage the existing status of student＇s unofficial organizations, enhance the research on unofficial organiza- tions, make the best use of situation and grasp the direction to standardize the development of unofficial organizations and promote harmonious campus cultural construction. This paper analyzes the investigation results of unofficial organizations in higher vocational colleges and puts forward relevant measures to enhance management of student＇s unofficial organizations.
