高校青年教师身体健康与体育运动的关系分析

摘　　要：运用问卷调查、数理统计、文献资料等方法,对高校青年教师身体健康与体育运动的关系进行研究分析。结果表明,高校青年教师身体呈亚健康状态的占多数,表现出随年龄增长身体健康状况下降的年龄特征;在体型自我评价中总体表现满意,同时明显表现出满意度男教师高于女教师的性别差异;在对体育运动锻炼与身体健康关系上具有较高的认知,认为自己的体型与体育锻炼有关、认为体育运动能增强心情愉悦感、认为体育运动是促进健康的有效手段。By using method of the questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, the literature material, young college teachers＇ health and physical exercise of the relationship were investigated. The results show that young college teachers＇ sub - health body is in the majority. Along with the growth of the age, the trend is on the rise. With regard to body shape, satisfaction is in the majority especially for male teachers. On the physical exercise and health problems there is a higher awareness.
