摘　　要：以往学术界都把"君人南面之术"当做道家的政治思想加以研究,如果从管理角度来看,它讲的就是国家的最高领导人如何管理好国家的道理。所以,道家也有管理学的思想。研究古代道家的管理思想,抛弃其过时的内容,挖掘其合理的成分为我们当代管理所用,对于完善当代的管理学,指导当代的管理工作,会有所启迪,有所帮助。Academia used to consider ＂Kings＇ ruling art＂ as Taoist＇s political thought,but if viewed from the perspective of anagement,it means that how the highest leaders manage their country.So Taoists have managing thought.It is of inspiration and help for the perfection of modern management and for our modern management to study ancient Taoist＇s managing thought,to desert its outdated content and to find its reasonable part for our modern management.
