摘 要:探索了油菜籽色泽变化与油菜籽品质指标的关系,为以色泽变化建立油菜籽无损检测技术提供科学依据。研究测定了油菜籽储藏期间色泽参数变化及其品质指标[游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量、过氧化值(POV)、电导率和发芽率]。通过主成分分析得出主要色泽参数并分析其与品质指标的相关性。结果表明:油菜籽储藏期间主要色泽变化参数为a*(△a*)、C(△C),且与各指标呈较高相关性,可作为油菜籽储存品质变化的评判指标。In order to find out the relationships between the color parameters changes and storage quality indexes of rapeseeds and to provides the scientific basis for establishing rapeseed nondestructive testing technology on the color parameters changes, color changes of rapeseed with 35℃ storage conditions were measured by colorimeter. The storage biochemical quality indexes were also measured, such as free fatty acid content (FFA), peroxide value(POV), conductivity and germination percentage. The color parameters changes and their correlation with storage biochemical quality indexes of rapeseed were analyzed respectively. The results showed that : a(△a)and C(△C)showed more significant correlation with biochemical quality inde- xes than the other color parameters It is suggested that these color parameters can be used as the assess- ment index for the storage quality of stored rapeseed .
