摘　　要：目的检测Cyclin D1在胰腺癌中的表达,探讨其在胰腺癌中的作用。方法收集50例原发性胰腺癌组织标本和36例癌旁组织,采用免疫组织化学法、逆转录荧光定量PCR法、蛋白免疫印迹检测胰腺癌及癌旁胰腺组织中Cyclin D1的表达;并分析Cyclin D1表达与胰腺癌生物学行为的关系。结果 Cyclin D1在胰腺癌组织中出现较高表达;Cyclin D1的表达与胰腺癌的病理组织分级、增殖活性、肿瘤转移和临床分期关系密切,与年龄、性别、发病部位、生存时间无关。结论 Cyclin D1高表达与胰腺癌的发生发展有关。Objective To detect the expression of Cyclin D1 in pancreatic carcinoma（PC）and to explore its clinical significance. Methods The 50 primary PC specimens and 36 cases of carcinoma adjacent tissues were collected, and the expression of Cyclin D1 was detected by immunohistochemistry, RT-QPCR and Western-Blot. The correlation between the expression of Cyclin D1 and the biological behavior of PC was analyzed. Results Cyclin D1 was highly expressed in PC tissue. The expression of Cyclin D1 was closely related to the histological grading, proliferative activity, tumor metastasis and clinical stage of PC, however, which was not correlated with patient＇ s age, gender, survival time and anatomical site of carcinoma. Conclusion The over-expression of Cyclin DI may be related to the pathogenesis and progress of pancreatic carcinoma.
