高效液相色谱法检测鲈鱼中已烯雌酚含量

摘　　要：本文建立了检测鲈鱼中已烯雌酚含量的高效液相色谱法,实验结果表明,该方法对已烯雌酚标准品的线性回归方程相关系数为0.9999,线性范围为0.00～2.00μg/mL,最低检测限为0.06μg/mL,已烯雌酚添加量为0.04～0.80 mg/kg时,加标回收率为78.00%～82.30%,变异系数为0.25%～1.37%,说明该方法精密度好、灵敏度高,结果可靠,可满足快速准确检测鲈鱼中已烯雌酚残留的需求。A method has been developed for determination of diethylstilbestrol in perch by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the calibration coefficient was 0. 9999, the dynamic linear range was 0. 00 ~ 2.00 μg/mL, the limit of detection was 0. 06 μg/mL, the average recovery was 78.00% - 82. 30%, and their relative standard deviation was 0. 25% - 1.37%. The method can be used to rapid deter- mination of diethylstilbestrol in perch with satisfactory precision, sensitivity and accuracy.
