摘  要:目的:通过研究脾气虚模型小鼠造血干细胞因子对红系造血系统的作用,为中医脾统血提供实验学依据。方法:采用复合因素造模法建立脾气虚证小鼠模型,运用血细胞计数板镜下计数外周全血细胞数,运用直接免疫荧光标记法检测骨髓CD34+及ELISA法检测血清SCF含量,HE染色观察胸腺、脾组织的形态改变。结果:脾气虚证模型组与正常对照组比较,小鼠外周血象有明显下降,骨髓CD34+与血清SCF的含量也明显降低。结论:脾气虚证小鼠骨髓CD34+与血清SCF的含量明显降低,为脾为气血生化之源提供了科学依据。Objective : Thought studying the effect of hematopoietic stem cell factor on erythroid hematopoietic system by spleen qi deficiency mice, to provide experimental evidence for spleen controlling blood. Methods:Composite method was used to establish the spleen qi deficiency model. Hematocytometer was used to count the whole blood cell count, CD34 + in bone marrow was detected by direct immunofluorescence as biomarkers. The contents of SCF in serum were detected by ELISA. The HE staining was used to observe thymus and spleen morphological changes. Results:Compared with the con- trol groups, CD34+ in bone marrow and content of SCF in serum were reduced obviously in the spleen qi deficiency mod- el. Conclusions : CD34+ in bone marrow and content of SCF in serum of the spleen qi deficiency syndrome in mice were de- creased obviously, providing science evidence for the research of spleen being source of qi and blood.
