基于校企合作的高职“导游技能实训”课程改革与思考

摘　　要：以镇江高等专科学校旅游系通过校企合作开发"导游技能实训"课程为例,总结该课程校企合作开发的实践成果,探索该课程校企深度合作的路径,即将课程设置与企业生产实际结合,实施"旺进淡出",聘请优秀导游员担任兼职教师,教学团队教师定期去企业轮训等。Taking the development of the curriculum ＂Tour Guide Skill Practice＂ based on cooperation between school and enterprises in the Tourism Department of Zhenjiang College, this thesis summarizes the achievements in development of the course through cooperation between school and enterprises and explores the thinking ways of intensively further cooperation ： combination of course setting with the actual enterprise production and implementation of the model of students＇ going to the enterprise in peak season and coming back to school in weak season ; recruitment of excellents tour guides to be part-time teachers; regular assignment of teachers to the enterprise for intern-ship.
