摘　　要："校企融合,过程导向,能力为本"的校企合作人才培养模式,是发展高职教育、提升高职人才培养质量和学生就业率的必然选择。本文以长沙南方职业学院为案例,阐述了校企合作的政策环境、建设重点、人才培养模式及其取得的成效。The fusing, process-oriented and competence based personnel training modes for college-enterprise cooperation are the inevitable choice for developing higher vocational education, improving the training quality of higher vocational talents and the students＇ employment rate. Taking Changsha South Vocational College as an ex- ample, the article elaborates the policy environment, the points of construction the higher vocational college-enter- prise cooperation, personnel training mode and the achievements.
