摘　　要：加强高校学生干部的培养是提高大学生思想政治工作的重要手段。加强高校学生干部的培养,要求我们要从学生组织队伍的选拔和培养入手,打造出一支高素质、高能力、高效率,具有亲和力、号召力和感染力的优秀的学生干部队伍,从而使组织自身得以完善,为组织的稳定发展提供坚实可靠的保证。It＇s an essential means to improve the university student thoughts and political education by way of strengthening training university cadres.Therefore we should attach great importance to cultivating university student cadres,which requires we should start from selecting and training cadres from among university students,with the purpose of creating an outstanding student leader team of high quality,high ability,high efficiency,much affinity and much appeal.As a result,the organization can be perfected and the organization stability and development can be provided with a reliable guarantee.
