摘　　要：高等教育行政化问题越来越被人们所认识,其对现行教育的体质机制产生的影响是根深蒂固的,为了更好的研究教育如何去行政化,首先必须从教育行政化的表现、危害、和成因入手,便于进一步深入研究高等教育的改革和建立现代大学制度。Higher education administrative problems are increasingly being recognized, it＇s influences of the existing education physical mechanism is ingrained. In order to better study how to remove the administration of education, we must be from the Performance .the harm and the causes of education administration first, For further study on the reform of higher education and the establishment of modem university system.
