摘 要:为了有效降低地铁车辆客室车门的故障,提出应用GO法原理对地铁车辆客室车门的可靠性特征进行分析。以齿带传动式地铁车辆客室车门系统为例,建立了基于GO法可靠性模型。依据门控电气元件和机械零部件的可用度、失效率等可靠性特征量,结合车门系统中操作符的逻辑关系,导出可修系统维修率和失效率的精确的计算公式,开发相应的GO程序,定量计算地铁车辆客室车门系统可靠性特征量。结果表明,该方法可以得到导致车门故障的所有可能因素和薄弱环节,可为地铁车辆客室车门维修和购车选型提供理论依据。In order to reduce the operation failures of pas senger compartment door on metro vehicles effectively, the principle of GO methodology is presented to analyze the re liability characteristics of passenger compartment doors. Based on GO methodology, a model of reliability is estab lished for the passenger compartment door with the driving type of toothed belt. According to the precision formula of the failure rate and maintenance rate of repairable system, then combined with the reliability features, including the a vailability and failure rate for the electrical components and mechanical parts, also combined with the logic of door sys tem operator, the reliability characteristics of passenger compartment door system for metro vehicles is quantita tively calculated following the development of the corre sponding GO process. This method couold obtain all the possible failure factors, reveal the weak links of the door failure to establish a theoretical basis for the maintenance of passenger compartment doors, and the selection of metro vehicles in the future.
