摘　　要：以银行为背景,开发设计了一个多功能的视频监控管理平台.该平台的主要组成部分是智能视频监控技术模块,其中目标检测部分采用基于高斯混合模型的差分法和改进帧差法相结合的方法.实验测试论证了算法具有较好的实时性和鲁棒性.Taking a bank as the background, the study designs a video surveillance management platform with muhi - function. The Intelligent Video Surveillance module is the major component of the platform ; in this module, the object detection part adapts a method integrating the difference method based on Gaussian mixture model and improved frame - difference method. Experimental test results show that the algorithm is of good timeliness and robustness.
