摘　　要：高职学生校内自主创业项目的开发与制度化建设是高职学生创业和就业教育的重要载体。有必要概要探讨高职学生自主创业基地的发展及其价值,分析校内实训基地在培养学生自主创业能力方面的重要作用。基于辽宁农业职业技术学院校内实训基地学生自主创业项目的实践,探索和系统地总结了校内实训基地学生自主创业项目开发的原则、管理体制及运行机制。The development and system construction for higher vocational students＇ entrcpreneurship is the important carder of higher vocational students＇ entrepreneurshipand employment education. It is necessary to discuss the development and its value of their entrepreneurship base. It analyzes the important role of practical training base inside colleges for cultivating students＇ entrepreneurship ability. Based on its practice in the practical training base in Liaoning Agricultural Vocational-technical College, this paper explores and summarizes its principle, managing mechanism and operating mechanism.
