“发展”与“增长”范畴伦理之辨

摘　　要："增长"从属于"发展"的范畴,"发展"蕴含"增长"的词性内涵;"发展"涵盖"增长"的价值论域,"增长"仅具工具性功能,而"发展"则具有目的性价值。"发展"和"增长"两者是有机辩证的关系,"发展"是财富"增长"的目的,财富"增长"是"发展"的手段。明确财富"增长"和"发展"之间的内在逻辑联系是社会主义和谐社会建设应有之义。＂Growth＂ belongs to the category of ＂development＂. On the other hand, ＂development＂ con- tains the meaning of ＂growth＂ and covers the value of ＂growth＂. ＂Growth＂ has the instrumental function while ＂development＂ has the objective value. There is a dialectical relation between development and growth. ＂Development＂ is the objective of wealth ＂growth＂ and wealth ＂growth＂ is the means of ＂develop- ment＂. Recognizing the relation between development and wealth growth will make significant contribu- tion to the construction of harmonious socialist society.
