台湾技职院校学生就业能力培养的启示

摘　　要：台湾技职教育在培养高级技术型人才及推动台湾经济的发展上扮演了重要的角色。文章主要以南台科技大学为例对台湾技职院校学生的就业能力培养计划进行研究。借鉴其成功经验,大陆的职业教育应完善人才培养体系,明确职涯目标;加强政府指导,规范校外实习管理机制;创建灵活多样的校外实习课程。Taiwan Technical and Vocational Education plays an important role on the cultivation of higher technical talents and the development of economy in Taiwan.The paper takes Tainan University of Technology as a case,researches the plan of Employability training in Taiwan Technical and Vocational Colleges.The vocational education in China's Mainland should borrow its successful experience,perfect the system of talent cultivation,and clear the objectives of vocational career;strengthen the guidance of governments,standardize the management system of off-campus internship and develop flexible and various off-campus internship courses.
