医学研究生临床能力考核指标体系的构建

摘　　要：目的构建临床医学硕士研究生临床能力考核指标体系,为其提供有效的考评工具。方法采用文献查阅法和专家访谈法初步拟定考核指标体系,通过Delphi法进行两轮专家咨询。结果两轮咨询后专家意见趋于一致,咨询结果经χ2检验具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论构建临床能力考核体系可以考核评价研究生的临床能力,为提高临床医学硕士研究生临床能力提供可靠保障。Objective To construct an effective system for evaluating the clinical competence of master medical students. Methods The preliminary index system was established by reviewing literatures and interviewing experts. Delphi method was employed in the two-round expert consultation. Results The experts＇ opinion become congenial after two rounds and the results bad the statistical significance after the X^2 test （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The system could evaluate and help improve the clinical competence of postgraduate medical students.
