摘　　要：简要对比介绍了履历分析评价技术,提出了一种操作简便、效用较高的简易履历分析评价方式,分析了实际应用案例,提出一些改进提高该技术应用水平的原则和方法。This paper makes a brief comparative introduction to the employment record analysis and evaluation technology, and proposes a convenient and efficient method for employment record analysis and evaluation. Then based on the practical case analysis, some principles are suggested in order to enhance the method.
