摘　　要：校园危机管理不仅关系到学生的生命财产安全和学校管理顺畅与否,更关系到学生能否从危机管理中学会处理危机的方法,形成危机意识和职业危机管理能力。采用访谈法和调查法,从心理问题、学业困难、火灾、盗窃、受骗、见习/实习期间危机事件、情感问题引发的危机事件等方面对Y校学生行为危机管理现状进行调研,进而提出专职辅导员在学生行为危机管理中应当发挥应有的作用,危机管理理念要从管理转向服务为中心等观点。Campus crisis management not only relates to students＇ safety and school management, but relates to whether students can acquire the awareness of crisis and the ability of crisis man-agement. Adopting interview method, this paper surveys on Y school student crisis management, and proposes the role of pro-fessional counselors in student behavior crisis management.
