黄牛、水牛体内人肉孢子虫18SrRNA基因研究及虫种鉴定

摘　　要：本文对自然感染的水牛源的人肉孢子虫以及黄牛源人肉孢子虫DNA的 1 8SrRNA基因的PCR扩增产物进行了测序。对所获的 86 3bp的 1 8SrRNA基因分析比较表明 ,二者有较高的同源性 ,因此认为二者可能同是一种肉孢子虫———人肉孢子虫 (SarcocystishominisRaillietandLucet,1 891 )。由此推断 ,不仅黄牛可作为人肉孢子虫的中间宿主 。DNAs of Sarcocystis hominis like cyst from the nature infected water buffalo ( Bubalus bubalis ), Sarcocystis hominis from cattle ( Bos taurus ),and Sarcocystis suihominis from swine ( Sus scrofa ) were extracted respectively.The 18 S rRNA genes'PCR productions of each isolate were directly sequenced.The cysts from both cattle and water buffalo sources showed a high homology within the compared 863?bp 18 S rRNA gene sequences,which contain 4 main va ried regions.According to the analysis,the 4 isolates both from cattle and water buffaloes probably are the same species, Sarcocystis hominis .And water buffalo can also serve as the intermediate host for S hominis besides cattle in south China.
