摘　　要：随着政府机构大部制改革的稳步推进,部分高校也开始实行大部制改革,这是我国高等教育行政体制改革的重要组成部分。从制度学的视野进行分析可以看出高校大部制改革是切中当今高校管理中的实际问题的,但是在改革过程中应该注意其价值的独特性,并且避免改革中的非良性制度依赖,把握改革中的着力点,促进改革的顺利实施,推进现代大学制度的完善。With the steady progress of the governmental super-ministry system reform, some universities have undertaken similar administrative restructuring as a part of China＇s reform in higher education administration. From a systematic perspective, this reform accurately addresses problems in university management. In the process of the reform, close attention should be paid to its unique value and excessive dependence on defective systems should be avoided so that the reform will be effectively carried out to improve our university administration system.
