对贵州高师院校“置换研修”项目中学生顶岗实习的思考——以贵州师范学院为例

摘　　要：2010年贵州省开始实施农村中小学骨干教师置换脱产研修项目。贵州师范学院从2011年起开始参与此项目的工作。作为项目的具体管理者,我们对项目中学生顶岗实习支教工作的意义、各方面存在的问题及有效开展的措施进行了一些思考。The replacement off- the-job training project for core teachers in primary and secondary schools in Guizhou Province was implemented in the year 2010. Guizhou Normal College has begun to participate in this project since 2011. As the staffs in charge of this project, we study the significance of students＇post replacement teaching practice and volunteer teaching in the rural schools, the existing problems in all aspects and the effective measures in hope of providing theoretical reference and practical guidance for replacement training project.
