中小学音乐教师专业发展的教学体系探索

摘　　要：针对如何提高基础音乐教育师资水平的问题,当前很多研究只把解决的方法指向高师课程教学改革,这是不全面的。从安徽师范大学音乐学院承担"国培计划"培训的情况出发,提出建立中小学音乐教师专业发展体系的理论,可以成为解决此问题的另一条思路。It is one-side to think that the only way to improve the level of teaching staff in elementary music education is the teaching reform on normal university.From the national training plan which experimenting in Anhui Normal University,we may find another solution by the building of teaching system on elementary and secondary school music teachers′professional development.
