摘  要:知识日益成为企业获取竞争优势的关键因素,作为知识载体的知识员工成为企业最重要的资源。知识员工的物质、心理以及成就等需求在很大程度上来自于自身所掌握的专业知识和技能,对专业领域和专业知识的忠诚度要远远高于对企业的忠诚度。以知识运用和知识创造为特征的实践社群,能够满足知识员工对知识的追求,有效激励知识员工。Knowledge is increasingly becoming a key factor for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. Knowledge workers as carriers of knowledge become the most important resource. Physical, psychological and a- chievement needs of knowledge workers in large part come from the hands of professional knowledge and skills. Their loyalty to professional field and professional knowledge is much higher than their loyalty to the company. Communities of practice are characterized by the use of knowledge and creation of knowledge. Communities of practice can effectively motivate knowledge workers because knowledge workers can acquire new knowledge from the communities of practice.
