摘  要:某发动机全速全负荷试验中,曲轴发生断裂。为查找断裂原因,对曲轴弯曲疲劳试验过程进行仿真模拟,并根据实验结果标定疲劳分析影响参数。然后通过多体动力学仿真得到曲轴实际工作状态下的载荷历程,进行疲劳强度计算。同时还对曲轴断口进行分析。研究结果表明曲轴的最小安全系数满足设计要求,而曲轴断裂是由台架安装不当引起的。The crankshaft rupture occurred when an engine operated at a full speed and ala full load in the lest. The fatigue lest process of crankshaft bending was simulated in this article to find the rupture cause. The parameters affecting fatigue analysis were ealibraled based on the lest resuhs. The hind history under the actual operating eondilion of the crankshaft is then obtained by performing multibody dynamic simulation to calculate the fatigue strength. In addition, the crankshaft fracture was investigated. The research resuhs indieated thai mininnun safely factor could satisfv the design requiremenl, and the erankshaft ruplure was caused by improper test bench installation.
