摘　　要：目前,高校青年教师队伍不断壮大,其是否受到有效管理,事关高校教育教学质量、教师队伍整体素质以及高校的可持续性发展。本文借用管理心理学中"学习人"假设理论,关注"学习人"的培养,从加强青年教师的管理提出对策。Currently, more and more young teachers entering the college, the team has expanded steadily, whether it has an effective management, related to undergraduate education and teaching quality, the sustainability of the overall quality of tea chers as well as colleges and universities. Psychology article borrows ＂learning＂ hypothesis, concerned about the ＂learning＂ and come up with strategies to strengthen the management of the young teachers.
