摘　　要：文章运用文献资料法、访谈法、参与观察法等方法对青年辅导员宿舍管理工作专业化进行研究,总结与反思当前青年辅导员在宿舍管理工作专业化方面取得的成就与存在问题,依据中发16号一系列文件等精神以及高职院校青年辅导员宿舍管理工作专业化现状,提出青年辅导员宿舍管理工作专业化的对策措施,旨在探索青年辅导员做好大学生第三课堂思政工作新途径,也为教育行政部门完善青年辅导员队伍建设体制提供理论依据和决策参考。This article uses of literature,interviews,and participate in research methods such as observation of the the youth counselor dormitory management specialization,summarize and reflect on the achievements and problems of youth counselor in the hostel management specialization achieved,based in the hairthe spirit of the 16th series of documents,as well as vocational colleges youth counselor dormitory management specialization proposed the youth counselor dormitory management specialized countermeasures designed to explore youth counselor third classroom college students＇ ideological and political work new ways,and also provide a theoretical basis for the educational administrative departments to improve youth counselor team building institutional and decision-making reference.
