摘　　要：人才培养质量监控体系是全面提高高职院校教学质量的重要保证。本文通过论述当前国内外的高职院校质量监控体系,提出了适应高职校情的"政府、企业、学校及校内教学部门参与的一体化的人才培养质量监控体系"。Personnel training quality monitoring system is tne important guarantee to improve teaching quality in higher vocational colleges. This paper discusses the current domestic and international quality monitoring system of higher vocational colleges and puts forward the unified personnel training quality control system participated by government, enterprises, schools and teaching department as well as adapting to the situations of higher vocational colleges.
