高职院校的科研困境与对策——以Y职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：以Y职业技术学院的科研发展状况为例,针对科研重要性认识不到位,争取课题难,经费少,科研条件差,科研平台缺乏,科研管理服务不到位等困境,提出了提高对科研工作的认识,找准科研定位,开展科研协作,创建科研平台,强化团队建设,培育领军人物,提高科研管理服务能力等对策。Taking the scientific research development of Y vocational college as an example, the paper puts for- ward the countermeasures of improving the understanding of the scientific research work, looking for the accurate positioning, carrying out scientific research cooperation, creating scientific research platform, strengthening the team construction, cultivating leaders and improving the ability of scientific research management service in view of lack of realizing the importance of scientific research, the difficuty of striving for subject, too few funds, poor research condition, lack of scientific research platform and lacking scientific research management service.
