民族院校民族学研究的现状及其发展对策论

摘　　要：民族院校的民族学研究有自身独特的优势,也存在其不足。提高民族学研究的质量水平,可采取以下对策:第一,推进"大民族学"的建设,带动民族学研究方法的创新;第二,创新民族学的研究组织模式;第三,创新民族院校哲学社会科学的管理机制。Universities for nationalities have their own unique strength as well as shortcomings in doing ethnological studies. To improve the quality of these studies, the author makes the following proposals： firstly, to promote the development of Greater Ethnology and the innovation of research methods in ethnology; secondly, to innovate the organizational modes of ethnology; and thirdly, to reform the management mechanisms of philosophy and social sciences in universities for nationalities.
