摘  要:青少年柔韧素质训练是长期的、系统的、科学的武术实践活动。研究证明,特别优秀的武术运动员都要有很高的柔韧性,它的获得是建立在多年的科学训练基础之上的。运动员柔韧性好,动作幅度大,有助于技术动作的掌握和提高,并且可以减少或防止运动损伤。随着武术事业的蓬勃发展,"高、难、美、新",的竞技发展方向,对运动员的柔韧素质提出了更高的要求。运动员也需要有很好的柔韧素质,特别是肩、髋关节的灵活性强,就能从不同角度用最大的力量击打对方。青少年武术运动员要把柔韧素质训练列为重点内容,为向高水平发展打好基础。Teenagers flexible quality training is a long-term, systematic and scientific martial arts practice. Research proves that special excellent martial arts athlete should have high flexibility, it is obtained based on many years of scientific training. Athletes flexibility, movement range is big, helps to grasp of technical action and improve, and can reduce or prevent sports injury. With the vigorous development of the martial arts career, high, difficult, the United States, "new", the developing direction of athletics, flexible quality put forward higher requirements on athletes. Athletes also needs to have good flexibility quality, especially in the shoulder, hip flexibility is strong, can hit each other with the largest power from different angles. Adolescents wushu athletes to flexible quality training as the focus, to high level development.
