摘 要:采用正己烷超声波振荡提取样品30 min后通过硅胶固相萃取柱净化,采用气相色谱-质谱法对水产品中合成麝香进行检测,并通过内标法定量(内标物质为荧蒽-D10).结果表明,9种合成麝香含量为0.5-100μg·L-1,检出限为0.25-0.30μg·L-1,相关系数均大于0.999.采用该方法对黄姑鱼、真鲷鱼和虾样品进行添加回收试验,9种合成麝香的平均回收率为84.1%-116.4%,标准偏差为2.8%-9.5%,表明该方法简单易行,准确可靠.Nine kinds of synthetic musks (SMs) in aquatic products were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry ( GC- MS) and quantitated by internal standard method with fluoranthene-D10 after purification by florisll solid-phase extraction columns, followed by the hexane extraction for 30 minutes under uhrasonication. Under the optimized conditions, the calibration curves of all compounds were linear in the range of 0.5 -100 μg·L^-1(R2 〉0.999). The limits of quantification were 0.25 -0.30 μg·L^-1. The average recoveries of SM ranged from 84.1% to 116.4% with the relative standard deviations only from 2.8% to 9.5 %. The re- salt suggested the method was simple and accurate.
