摘  要:比较高效液相色谱-紫外检测法(HPLC-UV)、高效液相色谱-示差折光检测法(HPLC-RI)、高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测法(HPLC-ELSD)测定乳浊液中单甘酯的含量。结果表明:UV法检测单甘酯,杂质干扰严重,样品信号不强,灵敏度低;RI法只有在较高的质量浓度范围内才有较好的线性关系,不适合用于检测较低质量浓度的单甘酯;ELSD法检测单甘酯含量,单甘酯质量浓度在0.040~5.000mg/mL范围内有良好的线性关系,R2为0.9998,样品回收率达到92.94%,相对标准偏差为2.24%,变异系数为2.41%。HPLC-ELSD法灵敏,准确,重复性好,可用于乳浊液中单甘酯含量的测定。Comparison of HPLC coupled with each of the detectors ultraviolet detector (UV), differential refractive index detector (RI) and evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) was carried out for the determination of monoglycerides. Serious interference from impurities, low signal intensity and weak sensitivity were observed when using UV detection. However, RI detection showed good linearity over a high concentration range despite not being suitable for the detection of low-concentration samples. Similarly, ELSD detection exhibited excellent linearity over the concentration range of 0.040 to 5.000 mg/mL, with a correlation coefficient of 0.9998; the recovery of ELSD detection was 92.94%, with a relative standard deviation of 2.24% and a coefficient of variation of 2.41%. HPLC-ELSD was sensitive, accurate and repeatable and applicable for the determination of monoglycerides in emulsion.
