摘　　要：高等教育在实施科教兴国战略和人才强国战略中具有特殊的重要地位。在高等学校如何开展班级管理工作,提高学生整体素质,是每一名辅导员必须面临的一个课题。本文从项目管理角度,从起始过程——细心调研、计划过程——精心设计、实施(执行)过程——热心管理、控制过程——耐心修正和收尾过程——尽心总结五个方面作了探讨与阐述。Higher education is of special importance in the implementation of the strategy of national rejuvenation through science and education and the strategy of reinvigorating China. How to carry out class management at colleges and universities and improve students＇ overall quality is an issue every counselor must face. This article, from the perspective of project management, made discussion and elaboration from five aspects of the starting process careful research, plan process careful design, implementation （execution） orocess ardent management, control process patience correction and ending process best summary.
