摘　　要：目的检测涎腺来源的黏液表皮样癌中EGFR的表达情况,从而为黏液表皮样癌的分子靶向治疗提供依据。方法采用免疫组化染色,光镜高倍视野下黏液表皮样癌细胞计数,图像分析,以观察EGFR表达的强度。结果在黏液表皮样癌的免疫组化染色中,可以看见EGFR的阳性表达,阳性组和阴性对照组之间表达存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论在黏液表皮样癌中有EGFR高表达。Objective To study the expression of EGFR in salivary gland mucoepidermoid carcinoma.It provides the basis for molecular targeted therapy of mucoepidermoid carcinoma. Methods S-P immunohistochemical method was used to examine the EGFR in mucoepidermoid carcinoma, mucoepidermoid carcinoma was counted and imaged analysis in the light microscope under high power field. Results The expression of EGFR in each hypotype of mucoepidermoid carcinoma was positive . Expression between the positive group and negative control group was significant differences. Conclusion EGFR expression in mueoepidermoid carcinoma
