闽台体育学硕士研究生培养体制及机制比较

摘　　要：为提高两岸体育学高层次人才培养质量,加强两岸教育界联系和发展,促进两岸相互交流,从管理学角度出发,采用文献资料法、逻辑比较分析法、调查访问法等主要研究方法对闽台体育学硕士生培养现状进行系统比较分析,力图从对体育学硕士研究生培养体制、机制研究中探讨出一些有益经验和值得借鉴的方法手段,促进学科建设发展。研究结果表明:两岸体育学硕士研究生在管理体制、培养机制以及创新型人才培养和评价方面存在着一些差异,各自有着一些独特的优势和特点。在新的两岸政策背景下,应加强联系和沟通,达到相互借鉴和学习的目的。In order to develop the training of high-level talents on science of physical between Taiwan and mainland, enhance the relationship and development of education sector, promote cress-strait interaction, this paper is based on the management point of view, with the methods of literature review, logical deduction and interviewing method, analyzes the current situation of training P.E. master students, try to probe into some beneficial experience and training system and develop disciplines through construction. The ultimate aim is to improve Chinese ethnic peoples＇ physical education. The result shows that： there are some differences on management mechanism, training system and training. On the new cross-straits policy background, we need to close ties and communicate, then come up to draw on the experiences and learn from each other.
