摘　　要：通过对全国高校体育课程教学进行调研,通过调研发现体育课程教学存在着教学模式,评价频度不够合理的问题,为解决高校学生体质连续下降发展趋势提供理论依据;为高校体育课程教学"健康第一"、"阳光体育"教学目标实现打下基础,提高学生体质体能,增强学生锻炼意识,促进学生终身体育观念的形成。The research found there existed such problems as teaching mode and unbalanced evaluation frequency. By this analysis, the author tries to solve the university student physical decline trend and lay the foundation for materializing the ideol- ogy of ＂ health first＂ and the ＂Sunshine Physical Education＂, enhancing students exercises consciousness and promoting the student life-long sports concept formation.
