摘  要:采用有限元和边界元相结合的方法进行柴油机油底壳结构振动和表面辐射噪声的预测,并通过实验验证了此方法的正确性。接着,运用此预测方法分别对结构加筋、采用复合阻尼材料和两者相结合3种改进方案进行了声学预测。结果表明:提高结构局部刚度,可以减小表面振动,降低噪声;采用复合阻尼材料则在中高频段有很好的降噪效果;但在复合阻尼材料的油底壳上加筋并不能取得更好的降噪效果。The structural vibration and surface radiation noise of a diesel engine oil-pan are predicted by combining FEM with BEM and verified by tests. Then the method is applied to the acoustic prediction of three improvement schemes, including structure reinforcement, the use of composite damping material and their combination. The results show that increasing the stiffness of structure can reduce surface vibration and lower noise, the use of composite damping material has a good noise reduction effect at medium and high frequencies, but the reinforcement on the oil-pan of composite damping material can't achieve further noise reduction effect.
