摘  要:德国的职业教育是一个分层次的培养系统,对教师的要求不但应具有学术性,还要有很强的实践性,他们的教学方式及考试形式灵活多样,体现了职业教育的特点。我国今后也应提高职业教育的办学层次,大力发展应用性本科,并通过精心打造"双师型"师资,改革教学方式及考试形式,加强校企实质性合作等提高学校职业教育水平。The vocational education in Germany is a multi - layered cultivation system, which has requirements for teachers' academic ability and teaching abilities. The system is quite practical and reflects the characteristics of the vocational education. In the future China's vocational education should be improved and the applied undergradu- ate education should be developed in a great degree. It is necessary to encourage the teaching staffs to obtain the dou- ble certificates, to reform the teaching methods and assessment means and to enhance the campus - corporation co- ol^eration. By doing so, the vocational education can be leveled up.
