摘　　要：分析了实验室安全准入制度的必要性和安全准入制度的主要内容,阐述了狭义与广义的实验室安全准入的区别。结合国内外高校实验室安全工作的典型做法,从人、物、环境和制度体系4个方面梳理了构建实验室安全准入制度的基本做法。着重介绍北京理工大学的实验室安全管理体系和实行安全准入制度以来实验室安全工作的新思路和新做法。这些做法有效提升了实验室安全管理水平。This article illustrates that the necessity and importance of laboratory safety,the content of safety policy,as well as the differences between its broad and narrow concept.Besides,according to the basic procedures from both domestic and international laboratories,it is also clarified that the roles and responsibilities of laboratory admittance management from the following four aspects： people,object,environment and policy.This article mainly discusses,the laboratory safety system at Beijing Institute of Technology.It also demonstrates the improvements of management gained from the new idea and method of the laboratory safety system.
