摘 要:目的了解护生自主管理用物法在《护理学基础》实训课中的应用效果。方法以潍坊医学院护理学院2008级护理本科3个班的135名护生为研究对象,按整群随机抽样法分为观察组和对照组,观察组护生采用护生自主管理用物方法,对照组护生采用传统的用物管理方法。考核并比较两组护生技能操作用物准备的时间及成绩,同时采用自行设计的问卷了解观察组护生对自主管理用物方法的评价。结果观察组护生的技能操作用物准备时间及考核成绩短于或优于对照组护生(P<0.05,P<0.01),85%以上观察组护生对实施护生自主管理用物法满意。结论护生自主管理用物方法充分调动了护生的学习积极性,提高了护生操作技能。Objective To explore the effect of autonomous management of materials in practice courses of Fundamental Nursing. Methods Students in 3 classes of Grade 2008 were enrolled into the research using cluster random sampling method and subjects were divided into experimental group and control group. The autonomous management method was used in the experimental group; The traditional management method was used in the control group. Students in both groups were tested finally and the results were statistically analyzed. A self-designed questionnaire was also used to assess the method in experimental group. Results Materials preparation time was shortened and scores were elevated in the experimental group. Conclusion The method fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of students and improves the students' practical skills.
