摘　　要：随着医疗保障体系的不断完善,病案在医疗保险的费用支付和理赔中发挥着越来越重要的作用。本文从病案对医保的影响、如何更好地发挥病案在理赔中的作用等方面阐明了做好病案质量管理的重要性。With the developing of medical security system, medical record is playing an increasingly impor- tant role in medical insurance claims. This article explains the importance of medical record quality management from the medical record impact on health insurance and how to make the medical records to play a more important role in health claims.
