摘　　要：笔者认为有效地转化和提高学生思想的内容和方法就是高校学生思想政治工作的规律所在。本文从剖析影响学生思想情绪的因素入手 ,提出教育者要按照学生思想活动的能动性、依附性、多样性、渗透性、渐进性等特点 ,讲究情、理、知、行四者协调统一 ,做到以情动人、以理服人、以知识诱人、以行动感人 ,做好新时期高校学生思想政治工作。The effective convertion and improvement of the contents and methods of the students' moral education is where its law lies. This article first analyses the factors which influence the students' mental emotion. Then it puts forward that educators must pay attention to the unity of emotion, reason, knowledge, behavior according to the characteristics of their mental activity, that's , the subjective activity, varieties, penetration and gradualness. Thus we can achieve our goal of moral education by touching them with affection, convincing them with reason, teaching them with knowledge and moving them with behavior.
