摘  要:坚守教师教育特色是诸多以师范专科学校为主体组建升格的综合性本科院校之战略选择。尽管这种选择具有良好的现实基础,但仍然面临保持传统优势和满足综合发展诉求的矛盾等问题,新升格院校要坚守教师教育特色,需要政府在制度设计上给予有力的保障,如建立教师教育专业评估与认证制度、建立多方联动提升师范生专业能力的长效机制、构建教师教育优质资源共享机制和建立中小学教师教育券制度等。Adhering to the unique feature of teachers' education is the strategic choice for most comprehensive universities which established based on normal specialized postsecondary colleges. Although there is a good realistic foundation for such choice, there are still some problems. For example,the contradiction between keeping the traditional advantages and satisfying compre- hensive development demands. The universities should insist on the unique feature of teachers' education, and they can make it. The effective guarantee should be provided by the government, such as the establishment of professional assessment and certification systems for teachers' education; setting up the long-term systems for improving the normal university students' professional competence in several ways;constructing the system of good quality resources for teachers' education,and the system of school voucher in middle school and primary school.
