摘　　要：合理定位,强化教师教育传统和优势,对于推动新升格本科院校的可持续发展具有重要意义。结合河池学院教师教育的改革与创新,提出教师教育特色建设思路,对教师教育的专业建设、课程建设、人才培养模式等方面进行探索,提升了服务地方基础教育的教师人才培养质量。This paper puts forward that rational positioning and strengthening the conventions and advantages of teacher education is of great significance to promote the sustainable development of newly upgraded universities. In light of the reform and innovation by Hechi University, this paper advances some thoughts on how to construct the discipline of teacher education with- characteristics, and makes explorations on how to construct the discipline and the related courses, and train teachers, hoping to improve the quality of training teachers for the local elementary schools.
