摘　　要：工作室制教学模式是高职计算机设计类专业一种行之有效的教学模式,但师资队伍建设是关键因素。文章分析当前高职院校工作室教学模式中师资队伍存在的主要问题,并在实践的基础上,提出一些积极的建议和对策。Workroom system teaching mode proves to be practical in computer design specialties of technical and vocational colleges. Faculty construction therein is a key factor. This article studies the main problems existing in the faulty construction of the teaching mode, and puts forward some positive suggestions and countermeasures, based on practice.
