摘　　要：构建现代职业教育体系,培养各层次职业技术人才是我国未来十年教育改革发展的重要战略。针对我国职业教育体系构建中存在的突出问题提出,以举办"技术本科"为突破口,构建现代职业教育体系,衔接职业教育各层次,沟通普通教育的相关构想;同时,提出大力发展技术本科教育的思路和政策建议。Building modem vocational education system and cuhivating professional technician of all levels are the important educational strategies in the next decade in our country. Aiming at the major problems of modern vocational education in our country, the paper mainly makes the following suggestions, such as providing 4-year technical education which is the breakthrough for constructing the system of modern vocational education, linking up with all levels of vocational education, connecting to general education and pushing the development of 4-year technical education.
