摘　　要：积极心理学是心理学研究的一种新思潮,主要研究人的积极情绪体验、积极人格和积极的社会环境。高职学生心理健康教育工作应引入积极心理学理念,整合心理健康教育目标、拓展心理健康教育内容、丰富心理健康教育的途径与方法。Positive psychology is a new ideological trend in Psychology.It focus on the positive emotional experience, positive personality traits and positive social environment.The higher vocational college should introduce the concept of positive psychology to the mental health education： integrate the aim of mental health education,develop the contents of mental health education, increase the method of mental health education.
