摘　　要：基于工作过程的高职课程设计,是高职改革的要求。以《国际商法》为例,探讨了作为国际贸易专业的法律课程,应该如何确定其基于工作过程的课程改革思路,并对其课程建设与改革的实践应用进行了总结。Based on the working process of the higher vocational curriculum design, is the requirement of higher vocational reform. ＂International commercial law＂, for example, as a professional international trade law courses is discussed, how to determine its based on the working process of the curriculum reform train of thought, and the curriculum construction and reform of the practical application are summarized.
