摘　　要：随着中国高等职业教育的快速发展,无论是社会还是高职教育界对于高职人才培养的目标都越来越清晰,曾经广受批评的"重专业技能训练、轻人文素质提高"的观念正逐渐有所好转,文化素质教育的重要性正从理论和实践两个方面不断凸显。基于对高职教育文化素质教育现状的判断和认知,希望通过一系列探索和实践,推进高职院校在文化素质教育这一大课题上"知""行"统一,取得实效。With the rapid development of Chinese higher vocational education, its target has become in- creasingly clear for both the society and the higher vocational educators. The idea of placing professional skills above cultural education, which has been widely criticized in the past, is changing for the better. The importance of cultural quality education has been recognized in both theoretical and practical educa- tion. Based on an objective judgment and proper understanding of present cultural quality education in Chi- na, this paper aims to promote the unity of theory and practice in the study of cultural quality education and make new improvements though a series of exploration and practice.
